CONTENT OF THE COURSE
In this course, you will learn how to draw a basic dress pattern, made exactly to fit your body measurements. You can choose between a male or female version. After drawing the basic pattern, you will create a toile (test garment) to ensure every detail fits perfectly. Then you can let your imagination run free and design a dress that you would like to make. You will bring your own fabric and sew this exclusive design.
If you have completed our basic pattern-making course, you can take this course and, instead of drawing a basic dress pattern, you can create patterns for two different designs. Alternatively, you can purchase this course and follow the lessons as open lessons, allowing you to decide how to use your hours and shape the lessons yourself.
First class
Drafting the basic pattern dress and sleeve pattern based on your measurements, starting with making the sample
Second class
Complete the sample, Fitting, and adjustments to the basic pattern, discuss the desired design, and modify the basic pattern to your desired design.
Third class

Fourth class
Cutting the pattern on the actual fabric and preparing for sewing the final design.
Fifth and sixth class
Executing the dress, sewing, and finishing.
Possible continuation
The duration of the course is based on an average level of sewing skills and not-too-difficult fabric. If you cannot complete the project within this time, you can purchase extra time with Sewing Club hours.
