Guided by fashion designer Aida Kasaei, you will make an elegant, timeless bag featuring a sculptural silhouette and a wide integrated shoulder strap. During this workshop, you will:
Learn the fundamentals of working with genuine leather, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and assembling.
Create your own leather bag step by step, from pattern pieces to the final product.
Receive personal guidance in a small group setting, with attention to your individual pace and creativity.
Work with high-quality materials provided in the atelier.
Leave with a beautiful handcrafted bag made entirely by you.
For whom?
This workshop is designed for confident beginners and participants with basic sewing experience. You do not need any previous experience in leatherworking—all leather techniques will be taught during the workshop.
If you have never used a sewing machine before, we recommend taking our Sewing Class 00 – Ultra Beginner first. In this introductory class, you will learn the essentials of sewing and how to confidently operate a sewing machine, preparing you to fully enjoy this leather bag workshop.
Workshops will be taught in both Dutch and English
