About Aida

Hi, I’m Aida, the founder of Atelier Aida. I’m a fashion designer,  but my approach to fashion is different. I’m not interested in trends, luxury, or glamour. For me, clothing is about expressing what inspires me, telling stories, and connecting people to themselves and to one another. My journey began in Iran, where I started studying fashion design, sewing, and pattern making at the age of fifteen. After two intense years of learning, I followed my dream all the way to the Netherlands, where I completed my bachelor’s degree at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. I’ve now been living here for fourteen years, building my vision one stitch at a time.

Atelier Aida is more than just a clothing label. It’s a shared creative space where designing, making, and learning come together. I design, but you can be part of the process: you can join in, make changes, add your details, or bring your vision to life with support from our courses or open sewing space.

Because why buy someone else’s design, when you can create your own?

Mission

At Atelier Aida, we are building a culture of consciousness and engagement. Through courses, workshops, and a shared creative space, we empower people to design and sew their garments. We offer courses on sewing techniques, pattern drawing and how to sew a garment from our collection or personal design. Classes are suitable for beginners, advanced and everyone in between. Lessons are given for all levels. Our goal is to turn away from fast fashion and choose craftsmanship, storytelling, and community — because we believe everyone holds the power to create something meaningful with their hands.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Courses & Workshops

After signing up, cancellations are no longer possible. If you can’t attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to offer a solution or an alternative date.

Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are considered lost and are non-refundable.

Sewing Space (Credit System)
Sewing space credits (to work independently or with guidance) are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Credits are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
