In this 4- hour intensive workshop at Atelier Aida, participants will create a structured leather bralette inspired by contemporary garment design. This session is designed for intermediate sewists who are comfortable using a sewing machine and would like to expand their skills into working with leather and structured garment construction.
Guided step by step, participants will learn how to assemble and sew a leather bralette featuring a sculptural front panel and gathered detailing. The workshop focuses on precision cutting, leather sewing techniques, and clean finishing methods suitable for working with heavier materials.
Throughout the session, participants will gain insight into pattern handling, leather preparation, and garment assembly while creating a unique piece that can be styled as a layering garment or statement top.
By the end of the workshop, each participant will complete their own leather bralette and gain practical knowledge of leather garment construction.
Workshops will be taught in both Dutch and English
