WORKSHOP | EMBROIDERY IN PARK

Enjoy being  creative in the great outdoors and join our embroidery workshop in Erasmus Park (Het Park), Rotterdam! This fun and accessible workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to give new life to their clothing through the art of embroidery. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, everyone is welcome!

Workshop Highlights:

• Learn several basic embroidery stitches and practice them on a sample fabric.

• Use our illustrations and templates as inspiration for your design.

• Bring your garment and personalize it with your embroidery.

• Already familiar with embroidery? Get creative guidance and feedback to help you develop a unique design to refresh your piece.

• All materials such as sample fabric to practice the stitches, needles, embroidery threads, templates, and inspiration are included.

• We’ll end with a relaxed picnic near Café de Parqiet, located in the heart of the park. Feel free to bring your own snacks or grab something delicious from the café!

Expert Guidance
The workshop is led by Aida Kasaei, a fashion designer with over 20 years of experience in clothing design and craftsmanship. Her passion for textiles and handwork began at the age of five, and she loves sharing her knowledge and creativity with others. The costume you see in the picture is designed and fully hand-embroidered by Aida.
