Our Funnel Neck Asymmetric Top is a sculptural, deconstructed essential — designed to be worn by everyone. The design is defined by two signature details: a soft, raw-edge funnel neckline that drapes elegantly, and an architectural front seam.
The highlight is the off-center, diagonal curved seam that runs from the funnel neckline all the way down the front panel. At the hem, the seam opens into a small slit, creating a stepped, asymmetric hemline with beautiful movement.
The fit is adaptable: relaxed and boxy with dropped shoulders as seen on the male model, or slightly more fitted through the body and sleeves as seen on the female model, creating a soft, body-conscious drape while keeping the deconstructed feel. Long sleeves feature slim and tight fit.
It’s a piece that looks conceptual but is constructed with simple, mindful techniques — a perfect project to learn asymmetric pattern cutting and sewing a curved seam in jersey.
